Are you of legal drinking age in your country of residence?

No Yes

ITS MOST FAMOUS ALIAS IS GINGER.

LOVE IT OR HATE IT. EVEN THOUGH IT IS STINGING, FOR GINGER AROMA THERE ARE NO HALF MEASURES.

And yet the qualities of this plant are known and recognised worldwide. Not talking about the medical uses that require always a lot of experience and caution, ginger is a real star among drinks. And maybe without even knowing it, everybody all around the world just calls it “ginger”. It’s quite impossible you have never heard of ginger-ale or ginger-beer! Without them, many cocktails would not have that “I don’t know what” that makes them so special.

It was born for the heat and for… Moscow!

GINGER NEEDS A TROPICAL CLIMATE TO HIGHLIGHT ITS CHARACTERISTICS.

There’s just a long drink that succeed in exalting its characteristics: the Moscow Mule, which this year entered in the charts of many bars and trendy meeting places. The origin of the name is rather odd, because this cocktail was born in Los Angeles and not in Moscow: originally, vodka was the basic alcoholic ingredient, that’s why the name of the Russian capital appears in its name. And why Mule? It seems that the first container where the long drink was prepared (a jar of copper) had a picture of a mule on it. Clear, isn’t it? There are many recipes for preparing the Moscow Mule, but if you want some advice from experts, try the version with the Molinari: you will be pleasantly surprised.

WHEN GINGER SMELLS LIKE CHRISTMAS.

Even in the kitchen ginger plays a starring role. Along with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, it is a basic ingredient for gingerbread dough. Gingerbread is a typical dessert in the United States, Britain and Northern Europe. There, they prepared it as a cake or cookies and eat it in plenty during Christmas holidays. But when it comes to gingerbread, any time is a good time to share it with someone you love!
